Rise Above is a mobile service that aims to reduce harm associated with substance use in the New River Valley by creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment, offering harm reduction strategies, education, and resources that empower individuals to make informed choices about their well-being.

Use the Recovery Ecosystem on-demand transportation service: call the New River Valley Agency on Aging at 1-855-489-4583 to register and request a ride. **This service is a collaboration between Agency on Aging and New River Valley Community Services; you do not have to be affiliated with either organization to receive this service.
